Items shipped within the continental United States will be charged a flat fee. China and perishable items will be charged $12 per shipment. Smaller items (tea bags, spoons etc) will be charged $8 per shipment.
Current shipping is only within the continental United States.
If shipping outside of this guideline is requested, the requestor should contact beth@thesteepingteapot.com for additional discussion and determination of shipping arrangements.
Orders are usually filled within 3-5 business days. Many of the items we sell are fragile so we need time to ensure your purchase is securely packed for delivery.
All orders are sent via a tracked delivery method with trusted carriers. You will be notified of your order tracking details via email once your order is dispatched. Once your order is dispatched the delivery address cannot be altered.
Please note, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses and we require a postal (zip) code for your delivery address.
We advise you to monitor the progress of your order delivery through the tracking provided. If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, to the delivery address you have provided, you will be liable for return charges imposed by the delivery agent and/or the cost to redeliver your order to you.
