Quilling – also known as paper filigree, is the art of taking strips of paper and rolling, pinching, shaping and then gluing them into beautiful and amazing artwork. Historically, the paper was wrapped around a bird’s quill reflected in its name. This heritage art is a perfect keepsake gift!
